My name, as you may have guessed, is Lee. I was born in Shropshire,England.
For the last 14 years I have been living and working in Chiang Mai, Thailand as a TEFL instructor/English tutor/English teacher and grade one home room teacher.
I live here with my wife and two sons, making the most of NOT being in the terrible English weather.
Brewing against the odds is what it still feels like,even though we now have a homebrew shop in Bangkok that sells 4 base malts and a few odds and sodds.
I am a hop head,Brett fiend and a recently convert to the church of Sour.
There are no sours available in Thailand and no souring organisms.
